Under the motto Strategies | Visions | Innovations, leading industry representatives, as well as market and business experts will once again look at the status quo and trends in the industry: From the real estate sector, to Building Information Modeling, from the digitalization of sales, to Smart Home, from employee management to the latest market developments and much more. The practical approaches to current topics are presented in the form of best cases and empirical analyses.


In our Sales / Big Picture section, we focus on current trends in the positioning and sales with lectures by Claudius Moor | Arbonia, Olaf Rützel | Holzring and Sebastian Fischer | Hörmann, while taking into account the digital transformation. In our second block on the topic of Visions: Technology & Markets, keynotes from Frederik Lehner | Interconnection, Christian Weizenhöfer | Geze and Christian Kehrer | ift Rosenheim are on the agenda, with a view to market developments, as well as the latest from the fields of BIM and standardization.

The second day is dedicated to innovation and digitalization. Daniel Zapfl | LEAD Innovation, as well as the smart home experts Martin Pansy and Andreas Raab | NUKI will be speaking on the topic.

    Unfortunately, standardization work in the field of doors and gates and the accessories concerned is currently at a European impasse. Many standards have been technically completed, but the final harmonization is missing. The lecture gives an up-to-date overview of the important standards in the field of doors, gates and accessories and ventures an outlook into the future. Christian Kehrer heads the ift certification body and is a lecturer at the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences. He is a long-standing member of national and international committees for standardization, technology and various associations.
